1. 요약 여러분이 앱에 적은 내용(일정·할 일·메모 등)은 여러분의 기기와 여러분 소유의 iCloud 계정에만 저장되며, 개발자는 그 내용에 접근할 수 없습니다. 별개로, 앱을 어떻게 개선할지 판단하기 위한 익명 사용 통계(숫자와 정해진 항목값만)를 수집합니다. 「문의하기」로 보내 주신 문의는 개발자가 받아 읽고 답장과, 말씀하신 것이 앱에 반영되었다는 소식을 보내는 데만 씁니다. 문의 글 · 캡처 · 답장 받을 주소는 답장과 반영 소식을 위해 지워 달라 하실 때까지 보관하고, 말씀하시면 바로 지웁니다(자세한 내용은 4항). 구글·페이스북 등 제3자 서버는 일절 사용하지 않습니다(메일로 문의하시면 그 메일만 개발자의 Gmail 메일함에 닿습니다).

2. 수집하는 정보

• 앱 사용 데이터(일정, 할 일, 습관, 카테고리 등): 기기 내부(SwiftData)에 저장되며, iCloud 동기화를 켜면 이용자 본인의 iCloud 계정(Apple 제공)을 통해서만 다른 기기와 동기화됩니다. 이 데이터는 개발자가 운영하는 어떤 서버에도 전송되지 않으며, 개발자는 읽을 수 없습니다.
• 결제 정보: 구독·인앱 구매는 Apple의 App Store 결제 시스템(StoreKit)을 통해 직접 처리됩니다. 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 Apple이 처리하며 개발자에게 전달되지 않습니다. 개발자는 구매 완료 여부(구독 상태)와 아래 「결제 기록」에 적은 거래 정보만 확인할 수 있습니다.
• 알림: 사용자가 설정한 알림은 기기 내에서 로컬로 예약되며, 별도의 알림 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
• 익명 사용 통계: 앱 개선을 위해 아래 항목만 개발자의 iCloud(CloudKit) 저장소로 전송됩니다. 여러분이 입력한 글자는 하나도 포함되지 않습니다.

  • 앱 버전(처음 쓰기 시작한 판과 지금 판), 플랫폼(iOS/macOS)
  • 결제 기록: 무료 체험을 시작한 날, 처음으로 실제 결제가 된 날과 그 요금제(월간·연간·평생), 오퍼 코드로 받은 날, 환불이 확인된 날, 결제 재시도가 시작되고 끝난 날 — 모두 일 단위. App Store가 확인한 거래만 봅니다. 3.1 버전부터는 구매할 때 이 설치의 통계 번호(무작위 값)를 함께 보내, Apple이 알려 주는 거래 정보(상품, 금액, 통화, 환불 날짜와 사유 분류)를 그 설치의 사용 통계(처음·마지막으로 연 날, 앱 버전)와 이어 봅니다. 결제 수단, 이름, 이메일, 광고 식별자는 보내지도 남기지도 않습니다.
  • (iOS만) Apple 광고(Apple Ads)를 보고 설치했는지와, 그렇다면 그 광고의 캠페인·광고 그룹·키워드 번호, 광고를 눌렀는지 보기만 했는지, 날짜(일 단위). Apple이 AdServices로 알려 주는 값을 설치마다 한 번 받아 적습니다. 다른 앱·웹사이트에서의 활동과 연결하는 추적이 아니어서 추적 허가를 묻지 않습니다.

  일정 제목, 폴더 이름, 메모, 장소 등 여러분이 직접 입력한 내용은 이 통계에 절대 포함되지 않습니다. 설치 1건당 집계 기록 하나만 유지하며, 개별 행동을 시간순으로 추적하지 않습니다. Apple의 CloudKit 특성상 이 기록에는 계정을 가리키는 익명 식별자가 Apple 서버에서 자동으로 부여되지만, 이 앱은 그 값을 읽거나 조회 조건으로 사용하지 않습니다.

• 문의(「문의하기」로 보내실 때만): 「보내기」를 누르면 아래 내용이 개발자의 iCloud(CloudKit) 저장소로 전송됩니다.
  • 적어 주신 글(2,000자까지)과 고른 종류(쓰는 법·오류·제안·기타 — 고르지 않아도 됩니다)
  • 답장 받을 메일 주소 또는 전화번호 — 답장과, 말씀하신 것이 앱에 반영되면 그 소식을 보내는 데만 씁니다.
  • 붙여 주신 캡처·화면 녹화 — 붙이셨을 때만(합쳐서 14MB까지). 사진 · 영상 파일에 기록된 위치 정보(메타데이터)는 지우고 보냅니다.
  • 앱 버전과 빌드 번호, 기기 모델, iOS/macOS 버전, 앱 언어

  앱은 이름·Apple 계정·위치를 따로 보내지 않으며, 앱에 적은 일정·할 일·메모를 꺼내 보내지 않습니다. Apple의 CloudKit 특성상 이 기록에도 계정을 가리키는 익명 식별자가 Apple 서버에서 자동으로 붙지만, 개발자는 이 값으로 문의를 위의 익명 사용 통계나 결제 기록과 잇지 않습니다. 받은 문의는 개발자만 읽습니다. iCloud에 로그인하지 않았거나 앱에서 보내지 못했을 때는 메일로 보내실 수 있으며, 그때는 같은 내용이 메일로 개발자의 메일함(Google Gmail)에 닿습니다.

• 제3자 애널리틱스·광고: 이 앱은 어떠한 제3자 분석(애널리틱스)·광고 SDK도 사용하지 않습니다. Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta 등 외부 업체로 데이터가 전송되는 일은 없습니다. 위의 Apple 광고 정보는 Apple이 제공하는 AdServices로만 받습니다.

3. 제3자 제공 이 앱은 위 2항에 명시된 Apple(iCloud, CloudKit, App Store 결제, Apple 광고 정보) 외에 어떠한 제3자에게도 개인정보를 제공·공유·판매하지 않습니다. 별도의 회원가입·계정 시스템은 없습니다. 개발자가 보관하는 이용자 정보는 보내 주신 문의(답장 받을 메일 주소 · 전화번호 포함)뿐이며, 메일로 주고받은 문의는 개발자의 메일함(Google Gmail)에 보관됩니다.

4. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

• 기기 내 데이터: 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다.
• iCloud 데이터: 기기 설정 > [본인 이름] > iCloud에서 이용자가 직접 관리·삭제할 수 있으며, 이는 전적으로 Apple의 iCloud 정책을 따릅니다.
• 문의: 문의 글 · 캡처 · 답장 받을 주소(메일 주소 또는 전화번호)는 답장과 반영 소식을 위해 지워 달라 하실 때까지 보관하고, 말씀하시면 바로 지웁니다. 보관하는 자리는 개발자의 iCloud 저장소와, 개발자가 읽으려고 컴퓨터에 받아 둔 사본이며, 컴퓨터에 둔 사본은 백업에 넣지 않습니다. 다만 답장을 쓰려고 살펴본 문의 글(메일 주소 · 전화번호는 가린 채)은 개발자 컴퓨터의 작업 기록에 남아 그 컴퓨터의 백업에 함께 들어갈 수 있습니다. 또 앱 3.2보다 앞선 판은 앱을 켤 때 보낸 지 90일이 지난 문의를 iCloud 저장소에서 지울 수 있습니다. 이때 컴퓨터에 받아 둔 사본은 남지만, 그 전에 받아 두지 못한 캡처는 함께 지워질 수 있습니다. 메일로 보내신 문의와 답장을 주고받은 메일은 메일함에 남으며, 이것도 요청하시면 지웁니다. 지워 달라는 요청은 smallbutbig.app@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요.

SmallButBig Privacy Policy Last updated: 2026-10-31

SmallButBig (“the App”) is made and operated by SmallButBig, a sole-proprietor business registered in South Korea (owner: Junbeom Lim, business registration no. 237-33-01894). Contact: smallbutbig.app@gmail.com

1. Summary Everything you write in the app (schedules, tasks, notes) stays on your device and in your own iCloud account, and we cannot read it. Separately, we collect anonymous usage statistics — counters and fixed option values only — to decide how to improve the app. Messages you send with “Contact Us” are read by the developer and used only to reply and to let you know when what you asked for has made it into the app. What you wrote, what you attached and your reply address are kept for those replies and updates until you ask us to delete them, and then deleted right away (details in section 4). We use no third-party servers such as Google or Meta (only if you contact us by email does that email reach our Gmail inbox).

2. What we collect

• App usage data (schedules, tasks, habits, categories): stored locally on your device (SwiftData) and, if iCloud sync is enabled, synced only through your own iCloud account (provided by Apple). This data is never sent to any server we operate, and we cannot read it.
• Payment information: Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed directly through Apple’s App Store (StoreKit). Card details are handled by Apple and never reach us — we only see whether a purchase/subscription is active, plus the transaction details listed under “Purchase milestones” below.
• Notifications: Reminders are scheduled locally on your device and do not pass through any notification server we operate.
• Anonymous usage statistics: To improve the app, only the following is sent to our own iCloud (CloudKit) storage. None of the text you type is included.
  • Which onboarding step you reached (step name)
  • Whether you reached the paywall, and which plan you selected (e.g. basic_monthly)
  • Which tabs (Calendar, Review, Stats, Profile) you used
  • Which features (habits, transit time, recurrence, subtasks) you used
  • A range for how many tasks you have (e.g. 11-50) — never the exact number
  • Dates recorded by day only (e.g. 2026-08-10); no hour, minute, or second
  • App version (the version you started with and the current one) and platform (iOS/macOS)
  • Purchase milestones: the day a free trial started, the day you were first actually charged and which plan (monthly, yearly, lifetime), the day you redeemed an offer code, the day a refund was confirmed, and the days a billing retry started and ended — all by day only. Only transactions verified by the App Store are used. Starting with version 3.1, a purchase also carries this installation’s random statistics ID, so the transaction details Apple reports to us (product, price, currency, refund date and refund reason category) can be matched with that installation’s usage statistics (first and last day opened, app version). We never send or store your payment method, name, email, or advertising identifier.
  • (iOS only) Whether you installed the app from an Apple Ads ad and, if so, that ad’s campaign, ad group, and keyword numbers, whether you tapped the ad or only saw it, and the date (by day). We receive these values from Apple’s AdServices once per installation. This is not tracking across other apps or websites, so the app does not ask for tracking permission.

  Task titles, folder names, notes, places, and anything else you type are never included. We keep a single aggregate record per installation and do not trace individual actions over time. Because of how Apple’s CloudKit works, Apple’s servers automatically attach an anonymous account identifier to this record; our app never reads that value or uses it to look anything up.

• Messages to the developer (only when you send one with “Contact Us”): When you tap Send, the following goes to our own iCloud (CloudKit) storage:
  • What you wrote (up to 2,000 characters) and the topic you picked (How to use, Bug, Idea, Other — picking one is optional)
  • The email address or phone number for our reply. We use it only to reply and to let you know when what you asked for has made it into the app.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings you attach — only if you attach them (up to 14 MB in total). Location information recorded in photo and video files (metadata) is removed before sending.
  • App version and build number, device model, iOS/macOS version, and app language

  The app does not separately send your name, Apple Account, or location, and it never pulls out your schedules, tasks, or notes to send them. Because of how Apple’s CloudKit works, Apple’s servers automatically attach an anonymous account identifier to this record too; we never use it to link your message to the anonymous usage statistics or purchase milestones above. Only the developer reads these messages. If you’re not signed in to iCloud or the app can’t send your message, you can send it by email instead; the same content then reaches our mailbox (Google Gmail) by email.

• Third-party analytics & advertising: This app uses no third-party analytics or advertising SDK. No data is sent to outside companies such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Meta. The Apple Ads information above comes only from Apple’s own AdServices.

3. Third-party sharing Other than Apple (for iCloud sync, CloudKit, App Store payments, and Apple Ads information, described above), this app does not share, sell, or provide personal data to any third party. There is no account/login system. The only personal data we keep ourselves is the messages you send us (including the reply email address or phone number); messages exchanged by email are kept in our mailbox (Google Gmail).

4. Retention & deletion

• On-device data is deleted when you delete the app.
• iCloud data is managed entirely under your own Apple ID (Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud) and follows Apple’s iCloud policies.
• Messages to the developer: what you wrote, what you attached and your reply address (email address or phone number) are kept so we can reply and let you know when your request has made it into the app, until you ask us to delete them; when you ask, we delete them right away. They are kept in our iCloud storage and in the copy we download to our computer to read them; the copy on our computer is kept out of backups. However, the text of messages we looked at to write a reply (with email addresses and phone numbers masked) stays in our computer’s work records and may be included in that computer’s backups. Also, versions of the app before 3.2 may delete messages from our iCloud storage when the app is opened, once 90 days have passed since they were sent. The copy already on our computer stays, but attachments we had not downloaded by then may be deleted with them. Messages you sent by email and our email replies stay in the mailbox; we delete those too if you ask. To ask, write to smallbutbig.app@gmail.com.

5. Children’s privacy This app is not specifically directed at children under 13/14 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

  • 購入の記録：無料体験を始めた日、初めて実際に課金された日とそのプラン（月額・年額・買い切り）、オファーコードを使った日、返金が確認された日、支払いの再試行が始まった日と終わった日 — いずれも日単位。App Store が確認した取引だけを使います。バージョン 3.1 からは、購入時にこのインストールの統計番号（ランダムな値）を一緒に送り、Apple から届く取引情報（商品、金額、通貨、返金日と返金理由の区分）を、そのインストールの利用統計（最初と最後に開いた日、アプリのバージョン）と結び付けます。支払い方法・名前・メールアドレス・広告識別子は送信も保存もしません。
  • （iOSのみ）Apple 広告（Apple Ads）を見てインストールしたかどうかと、その場合はその広告のキャンペーン・広告グループ・キーワードの番号、広告をタップしたか見ただけか、日付（日単位）。Apple が AdServices で知らせる値を、インストールごとに一度だけ受け取って記録します。他のアプリやウェブサイトでの行動と結びつける追跡ではないため、トラッキングの許可は求めません。

  本アプリが氏名・Appleアカウント・位置情報を別途送ることはなく、アプリに書いた予定・タスク・メモを取り出して送ることもありません。Apple の CloudKit の仕組み上、このレコードにもアカウントを指す匿名の識別子が Apple のサーバーによって自動的に付与されますが、開発者はこの値を使ってお問い合わせを上記の匿名の利用統計や購入の記録と結びつけることはありません。受け取ったお問い合わせは開発者だけが読みます。iCloudにサインインしていない場合やアプリから送信できなかった場合はメールで送ることができ、その場合は同じ内容がメールで開発者のメールボックス（Google Gmail）に届きます。

• 第三者アナリティクス・広告: 本アプリは第三者の分析（アナリティクス）・広告SDKを一切使用しません。Google Analytics、Firebase、Meta などの外部企業へデータが送られることはありません。上記の Apple 広告の情報は、Apple が提供する AdServices からのみ受け取ります。

3. 第三者提供 本アプリは、上記2項に記載した Apple（iCloud、CloudKit、App Store 決済、Apple 広告の情報）以外のいかなる第三者にも、個人情報を提供・共有・販売しません。会員登録やアカウントの仕組みはありません。開発者が保管する利用者の情報は、送られたお問い合わせ（返信用のメールアドレス・電話番号を含む）だけで、メールでやり取りしたお問い合わせは開発者のメールボックス（Google Gmail）に保管されます。

4. データの保管と削除

• 端末内のデータ: アプリを削除すると、端末に保存されたデータも一緒に削除されます。
• iCloud のデータ: 「設定」App > [ご自身の名前] > iCloud から利用者ご自身で管理・削除でき、これは全面的に Apple の iCloud ポリシーに従います。
• お問い合わせ: 書いた内容・添付・返信先（メールアドレスまたは電話番号）は、返信とご要望の反映のお知らせのため、削除をご依頼いただくまで保管し、ご依頼があればすぐに削除します。保管する場所は開発者のiCloudストレージと、開発者が読むためにコンピュータに保存したコピーで、コンピュータのコピーはバックアップに含めません。ただし、返信を書くために確認したお問い合わせの文面（メールアドレス・電話番号は伏せた状態）は開発者のコンピュータの作業記録に残り、そのコンピュータのバックアップに含まれることがあります。また、バージョン3.2より前のアプリは、起動時に送信から90日が過ぎたお問い合わせをiCloudストレージから削除することがあります。このときコンピュータに保存済みのコピーは残りますが、それまでに保存していなかった添付は一緒に削除されることがあります。メールで送られたお問い合わせと、返信をやり取りしたメールはメールボックスに残り、これもご依頼があれば削除します。削除のご依頼は smallbutbig.app@gmail.com までお送りください。

2. 我们收集的信息

• 应用使用数据（日程、待办、习惯、类别等）：保存在设备本地（SwiftData）；开启 iCloud 同步后，仅通过你自己的 iCloud 账户（由 Apple 提供）在你的设备之间同步。这些数据不会发送到开发者运营的任何服务器，开发者也无法读取。

  • 日期只记录到天（如 2026-08-10），不保存时、分、秒
  • 应用版本（开始使用时的版本和当前版本）、平台（iOS/macOS）
  • 购买记录：开始免费试用的日期、首次实际扣款的日期及其套餐（月度、年度、终身）、兑换优惠码的日期、确认退款的日期、扣款重试开始和结束的日期——都只记录到天。只使用经 App Store 验证的交易。从 3.1 版本起，购买时会附带本次安装的统计编号（随机值），以便将 Apple 告知我们的交易信息（商品、金额、币种、退款日期及退款原因类别）与该安装的使用统计（首次和最后一次打开的日期、应用版本）对应起来。我们不会发送或保存支付方式、姓名、电子邮件或广告标识符。
  • （仅限 iOS）是否通过 Apple 广告（Apple Ads）安装；如果是，记录该广告的广告系列、广告组和关键词的编号，你是点击了广告还是只看到了广告，以及日期（精确到天）。这些值由 Apple 的 AdServices 提供，每次安装只接收一次。这不是跨其他应用或网站的追踪，因此本应用不会请求追踪许可。

  日程标题、文件夹名称、备注、地点等你亲手输入的内容，绝不会包含在这些统计里。 每次安装只保留一条汇总记录，不会按时间顺序追踪你的每一步操作。由于 Apple CloudKit 的机制，Apple 的服务器会自动为这条记录附加一个指向账户的匿名标识符，但本应用从不读取该值，也不会用它作为查询条件。

• 联系开发者（仅在你通过“联系我们”发送时）：点按“发送”后，以下内容会发送到开发者自己的 iCloud（CloudKit）存储：
  • 你写的内容（最多 2,000 字）和你选择的类型（使用方法、问题、建议、其他——不选也可以发送）
  • 用于接收回复的邮箱地址或电话号码——只用于给你回复，以及在你提出的内容反映到应用中时通知你。
  • 你附加的截图或屏幕录制——仅在你附加时（合计最多 14 MB）。照片和视频文件中记录的位置信息（元数据）会在发送前删除。
  • 应用版本和构建号、设备型号、iOS/macOS 版本、应用语言

  本应用不会另外发送你的姓名、Apple 账户或位置，也不会把你写在应用里的日程、待办或备注取出来发送。由于 Apple CloudKit 的机制，Apple 的服务器也会自动为这条记录附加一个指向账户的匿名标识符，但开发者不会用它把你的消息与上述匿名使用统计或购买记录关联起来。收到的消息只有开发者会阅读。如果你没有登录 iCloud，或应用无法发送，你可以改用邮件发送，此时同样的内容会通过邮件到达开发者的邮箱（Google Gmail）。

• 第三方分析与广告：本应用不使用任何第三方分析或广告 SDK。不会向 Google Analytics、Firebase、Meta 等外部公司发送数据。上述 Apple 广告信息只通过 Apple 自己提供的 AdServices 获得。

3. 第三方共享 除上述第 2 条中说明的 Apple（iCloud 同步、CloudKit、App Store 支付、Apple 广告信息）之外，本应用不会向任何第三方提供、共享或出售个人信息。应用没有注册／登录系统。开发者保存的用户信息只有你发送的消息（包括用于回复的邮箱地址或电话号码）；通过邮件往来的消息保存在开发者的邮箱（Google Gmail）中。

4. 数据保留与删除

• 设备上的数据：删除应用时，设备上保存的数据也会一并删除。
• iCloud 数据：可在“设置”>[你的姓名]>iCloud 中自行管理和删除，完全遵循 Apple 的 iCloud 政策。
• 联系开发者的消息：你写的内容、附件和回复地址（邮箱地址或电话号码）会为了给你回复、并通知你所提内容已反映到应用中而一直保存，直到你要求删除；你提出要求时会立即删除。保存的位置是开发者的 iCloud 存储，以及开发者为阅读而下载到电脑上的副本；电脑上的副本不放入备份。不过，开发者为写回复而查看过的消息内容（邮箱地址和电话号码已遮盖）会留在开发者电脑的工作记录中，并可能随这台电脑的备份一起保存。另外，3.2 之前版本的应用在打开时，可能会从 iCloud 存储中删除发送已满 90 天的消息。此时已下载到电脑上的副本会保留，但在此之前尚未下载的附件可能会一并被删除。通过邮件发送的消息和往来的回复邮件会留在邮箱中，你提出要求时我们也会删除。如需删除，请发邮件至 smallbutbig.app@gmail.com。

5. 儿童隐私 本应用并非专为 13／14 岁以下儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

SmallButBig („die App“) wird von SmallButBig, einem in Südkorea eingetragenen Einzelunternehmen (Inhaber: Junbeom Lim, Unternehmensregisternummer 237-33-01894), erstellt und betrieben. Kontakt: smallbutbig.app@gmail.com

1. Kurz gesagt Alles, was du in der App schreibst (Termine, Aufgaben, Notizen), bleibt auf deinem Gerät und in deiner eigenen iCloud — wir können es nicht lesen. Davon getrennt erheben wir anonyme Nutzungsstatistiken — nur Zähler und feste Auswahlwerte —, um zu entscheiden, wie wir die App verbessern. Nachrichten, die du über „Kontakt“ sendest, liest der Entwickler und nutzt sie nur für die Antwort und um dir Bescheid zu geben, wenn dein Anliegen in die App eingeflossen ist. Was du geschrieben und angehängt hast und deine Antwortadresse behalten wir für solche Antworten und Nachrichten, bis du uns bittest, sie zu löschen — dann löschen wir sie sofort (Einzelheiten unter Punkt 4). Wir nutzen keine Server Dritter wie Google oder Meta (nur wenn du uns per E-Mail schreibst, landet diese E-Mail in unserem Gmail-Postfach).

2. Was wir erheben

• App-Daten (Termine, Aufgaben, Gewohnheiten, Kategorien): liegen lokal auf deinem Gerät (SwiftData) und werden, wenn iCloud-Sync aktiv ist, ausschließlich über deine eigene iCloud (von Apple bereitgestellt) zwischen deinen Geräten synchronisiert. Diese Daten gehen an keinen Server, den wir betreiben, und wir können sie nicht lesen.
• Zahlungsdaten: Abos und In-App-Käufe laufen direkt über Apples App Store (StoreKit). Kartendaten verarbeitet Apple; sie erreichen uns nie — wir sehen nur, ob ein Kauf bzw. Abo aktiv ist, sowie die unten unter „Kauf-Meilensteine“ genannten Transaktionsangaben.
• Erinnerungen: Erinnerungen werden lokal auf deinem Gerät geplant und laufen über keinen Benachrichtigungsserver, den wir betreiben.
• Anonyme Nutzungsstatistik: Zur Verbesserung der App wird ausschließlich Folgendes an unseren eigenen iCloud-Speicher (CloudKit) gesendet. Nichts von dem, was du tippst, ist dabei.
  • Bis zu welchem Schritt des Onboardings du gekommen bist (Name des Schritts)
  • Ob du die Kaufseite erreicht und welchen Tarif du gewählt hast (z. B. basic_monthly)
  • Welche Tabs (Calendar, Review, Stats, Profile) du benutzt hast
  • Welche Funktionen (Gewohnheiten, Anfahrtszeit, Wiederholung, Checklisten) du benutzt hast
  • Eine Spanne, wie viele Aufgaben du hast (z. B. 11-50) — nie die genaue Zahl
  • Datumsangaben nur tagesgenau (z. B. 2026-08-10), ohne Stunde, Minute oder Sekunde
  • App-Version (die Version, mit der du angefangen hast, und die aktuelle) und Plattform (iOS/macOS)
  • Kauf-Meilensteine: der Tag, an dem ein Gratis-Test begann, der Tag der ersten tatsächlichen Abbuchung und der Tarif (monatlich, jährlich, lebenslang), der Tag, an dem du einen Angebotscode eingelöst hast, der Tag einer bestätigten Rückerstattung sowie Beginn und Ende eines erneuten Abbuchungsversuchs — jeweils nur tagesgenau. Verwendet werden nur vom App Store bestätigte Transaktionen. Ab Version 3.1 wird bei einem Kauf zusätzlich die zufällige Statistik-ID dieser Installation mitgesendet, damit die Transaktionsangaben, die Apple uns meldet (Produkt, Preis, Währung, Erstattungsdatum und Kategorie des Erstattungsgrunds), mit der Nutzungsstatistik dieser Installation (erster und letzter Öffnungstag, App-Version) verknüpft werden können. Zahlungsmittel, Name, E-Mail-Adresse und Werbe-ID werden weder gesendet noch gespeichert.
  • (nur iOS) Ob du die App über eine Apple-Ads-Anzeige installiert hast und, falls ja, die Nummern von Kampagne, Anzeigengruppe und Keyword dieser Anzeige, ob du die Anzeige angetippt oder nur gesehen hast, sowie das Datum (tagesgenau). Diese Werte erhalten wir einmal pro Installation von Apples AdServices. Das ist kein Tracking über andere Apps oder Websites hinweg, deshalb fragt die App nicht nach einer Tracking-Erlaubnis.

  Titel von Terminen, Ordnernamen, Notizen, Orte und alles andere, was du eintippst, sind nie dabei. Wir behalten pro Installation genau einen zusammengefassten Datensatz und verfolgen keine einzelnen Handlungen über die Zeit. Technisch bedingt hängt Apples CloudKit diesem Datensatz auf Apples Servern automatisch eine anonyme Konto-Kennung an; unsere App liest diesen Wert nie und schlägt damit auch nichts nach.

• Nachrichten an den Entwickler (nur wenn du über „Kontakt“ eine sendest): Wenn du auf „Senden“ tippst, geht Folgendes an unseren eigenen iCloud-Speicher (CloudKit):
  • Was du geschrieben hast (bis zu 2.000 Zeichen) und das gewählte Thema (Bedienung, Fehler, Idee, Sonstiges — die Auswahl ist freiwillig)
  • Die E-Mail-Adresse oder Telefonnummer für unsere Antwort. Wir nutzen sie nur für die Antwort und um dir Bescheid zu geben, wenn dein Anliegen in die App eingeflossen ist.
  • Bildschirmfotos oder Bildschirmaufnahmen, die du anhängst — nur wenn du sie anhängst (zusammen bis zu 14 MB). In Foto- und Videodateien gespeicherte Standortinformationen (Metadaten) entfernen wir vor dem Senden.
  • App-Version und Build-Nummer, Gerätemodell, iOS-/macOS-Version und App-Sprache

  Die App sendet deinen Namen, deinen Apple Account oder deinen Standort nicht gesondert mit und holt keine Termine, Aufgaben oder Notizen heraus, um sie zu senden. Technisch bedingt hängt Apples CloudKit auch diesem Datensatz auf Apples Servern automatisch eine anonyme Konto-Kennung an; wir verknüpfen deine Nachricht damit nie mit der anonymen Nutzungsstatistik oder den Kauf-Meilensteinen oben. Nur der Entwickler liest diese Nachrichten. Bist du nicht bei iCloud angemeldet oder kann die App nicht senden, kannst du stattdessen per E-Mail senden; derselbe Inhalt erreicht dann per E-Mail unser Postfach (Google Gmail).

• Analyse-Dienste & Werbung Dritter: Diese App nutzt kein Analyse- oder Werbe-SDK von Dritten. Es gehen keine Daten an externe Firmen wie Google Analytics, Firebase oder Meta. Die oben genannten Apple-Ads-Angaben stammen ausschließlich aus Apples eigenem AdServices.

3. Weitergabe an Dritte Außer an Apple (für iCloud-Sync, CloudKit, App-Store-Zahlungen und Apple-Ads-Angaben, siehe Punkt 2) gibt diese App keine personenbezogenen Daten an Dritte weiter, teilt oder verkauft sie. Es gibt kein Konto- oder Login-System. Bei uns liegen nur die Nachrichten, die du uns sendest (samt Antwort-E-Mail-Adresse oder Telefonnummer); per E-Mail ausgetauschte Nachrichten liegen in unserem Postfach (Google Gmail).

4. Aufbewahrung & Löschung

• Daten auf dem Gerät werden gelöscht, sobald du die App löschst.
• iCloud-Daten verwaltest du vollständig selbst unter deiner Apple-ID (Einstellungen > [Dein Name] > iCloud); dafür gelten Apples iCloud-Richtlinien.
• Nachrichten an den Entwickler: Was du geschrieben und angehängt hast und deine Antwortadresse (E-Mail-Adresse oder Telefonnummer) bewahren wir auf, damit wir dir antworten und Bescheid geben können, wenn dein Anliegen in die App eingeflossen ist — bis du uns bittest, sie zu löschen; dann löschen wir sie sofort. Sie liegen in unserem iCloud-Speicher und in der Kopie, die wir zum Lesen auf unseren Computer laden; die Kopie auf unserem Computer kommt in keine Datensicherung. Der Text von Nachrichten, die wir uns zum Antworten angesehen haben (E-Mail-Adressen und Telefonnummern unkenntlich gemacht), bleibt allerdings in den Arbeitsprotokollen auf unserem Computer und kann so in dessen Datensicherung gelangen. Außerdem können App-Versionen vor 3.2 beim Öffnen Nachrichten, die vor mehr als 90 Tagen gesendet wurden, aus unserem iCloud-Speicher löschen. Die Kopie auf unserem Computer bleibt dann erhalten, Anhänge, die wir bis dahin nicht heruntergeladen haben, können aber mitgelöscht werden. Per E-Mail gesendete Nachrichten und unsere Antwort-E-Mails bleiben im Postfach; auch sie löschen wir auf Wunsch. Schreib uns dafür an smallbutbig.app@gmail.com.

5. Kinder Diese App richtet sich nicht gezielt an Kinder unter 13/14 Jahren und erhebt wissentlich keine personenbezogenen Daten von Kindern.

2. हम क्या इकट्ठा करते हैं

• ऐप का डेटा (इवेंट, काम, आदतें, श्रेणियाँ): आपकी डिवाइस में ही (SwiftData में) सहेजा जाता है, और iCloud सिंक चालू हो तो सिर्फ़ आपके अपने iCloud खाते (Apple द्वारा प्रदत्त) के ज़रिए आपकी डिवाइसों के बीच सिंक होता है। यह डेटा हमारे चलाए किसी सर्वर पर नहीं जाता और हम इसे पढ़ नहीं सकते।
• भुगतान की जानकारी: सदस्यता और इन-ऐप खरीद सीधे Apple के App Store (StoreKit) से होती है। कार्ड की जानकारी Apple संभालता है, वह हम तक कभी नहीं पहुँचती — हमें सिर्फ़ यह दिखता है कि खरीद/सदस्यता चालू है या नहीं, और नीचे “खरीद से जुड़ी तारीख़ें” में बताई गई लेन-देन की जानकारी।
• अलर्ट: आपके तय किए अलर्ट डिवाइस पर ही स्थानीय रूप से शेड्यूल होते हैं; हमारे किसी नोटिफ़िकेशन सर्वर से नहीं गुज़रते।
• गुमनाम उपयोग आँकड़े: ऐप को बेहतर बनाने के लिए सिर्फ़ नीचे दी गई बातें हमारे अपने iCloud (CloudKit) स्टोरेज में भेजी जाती हैं। आपके टाइप किए गए शब्दों में से कुछ भी इसमें शामिल नहीं होता।
  • ऑनबोर्डिंग में आप किस चरण तक पहुँचे (चरण का नाम)
  • आप खरीद वाले पेज तक पहुँचे या नहीं, और कौन-सा प्लान चुना (जैसे basic_monthly)

4. डेटा रखना और मिटाना

• डिवाइस का डेटा: ऐप हटाते ही डिवाइस में सहेजा डेटा भी मिट जाता है।
• iCloud का डेटा: आप इसे अपनी Apple ID के तहत खुद संभालते हैं (सेटिंग्स > [आपका नाम] > iCloud); उस पर Apple की iCloud नीतियाँ लागू होती हैं।
• डेवलपर को भेजे संदेश: आपका लिखा, जोड़ा हुआ और जवाब पाने का पता (ईमेल पता या फ़ोन नंबर) आपको जवाब देने और यह ख़बर भेजने के लिए कि आपकी बात ऐप में शामिल हो गई है, तब तक रखा जाता है जब तक आप उन्हें मिटाने को न कहें; कहते ही उन्हें तुरंत मिटा दिया जाता है। ये हमारे iCloud स्टोरेज में और पढ़ने के लिए हमारे कंप्यूटर पर उतारी गई कॉपी में रहते हैं; कंप्यूटर वाली कॉपी बैकअप में नहीं रखी जाती। हालाँकि, जवाब लिखने के लिए हमने जिन संदेशों को देखा, उनका लिखा हिस्सा (ईमेल पते और फ़ोन नंबर छिपाकर) हमारे कंप्यूटर के काम के रिकॉर्ड में रह जाता है और उस कंप्यूटर के बैकअप में भी जा सकता है। साथ ही, 3.2 से पहले के ऐप संस्करण खुलने पर ऐसे संदेश हमारे iCloud स्टोरेज से मिटा सकते हैं जिन्हें भेजे 90 दिन बीत चुके हों। तब कंप्यूटर पर उतारी गई कॉपी बनी रहती है, लेकिन जो अटैचमेंट तब तक नहीं उतारे गए थे, वे भी साथ में मिट सकते हैं। ईमेल से भेजे संदेश और जवाब के ईमेल मेलबॉक्स में रहते हैं; आप कहें तो हम उन्हें भी मिटा देते हैं। मिटवाने के लिए smallbutbig.app@gmail.com पर लिखें।

5. बच्चों की निजता यह ऐप खास तौर पर 13/14 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों के लिए नहीं बनाया गया है और बच्चों से जानबूझकर व्यक्तिगत जानकारी इकट्ठा नहीं करता।

7. बदलाव ऐप के विकसित होने के साथ यह नीति अपडेट हो सकती है। किसी भी बदलाव पर ऊपर दी गई “अंतिम अपडेट” की तारीख़ बदल दी जाएगी।
